12.4 The seat of arbitration shall be Dallas, Texas, USA, conducted in English.

12.5 The arbitral award shall be final and binding, and any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the award.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

Notwithstanding arbitration, AEH may seek injunctive or interim relief in any competent court to protect its rights.

  1. Preservation of Immunities

Nothing herein shall waive or limit AEH’s sovereign privileges or immunities under applicable law.

  1. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
